Email had already been taken

Trying to help another plex user sign in / unlock their account.

When the user tries to log in they get the following error “Email had already been taken” and when he does the password reset option no email is ever sent to his account.

Could someone from support please look into the following account:

user id Verndog
user email vernal2_gmail_com

He would create a new account using a different email address, but his Plex Pass is associated with the account listed above.

Pretty sure this message only comes on when the user tries to create a new account using this email address.
You need to use “Sign IN”, not “Sign Up”.

I see a flurry of activity in this account today, so I assume login was successful in the end?

Kelvin from plex support reached out to the user with the issue yesterday, seem the user id in question was ‘delete’ from plex.tv system and had to be re-enabled. The user was impatient and opened another support ticket (364039). I thank you for your time with this matter.
