Has something happened with Apple TV 3.....? I recently did one apple TV 3 on the latest firmware and had no trouble. Today Im doing another one and when I could to the Send data to apple and turn it off and then press and hold the play button to create a profile, Nothing. Anyone come across this or any thoughts on how to add this profile. I;m in the road so don't got my micro cable but I did it last time over wifi no problem. Its just weird I can get the option to add a profile. Thanks in advance
Are you pressuring the play or select (inner circle) button?
I.m pressing the play button. Following all the instructions and like I;ve done before to my other ATV 3. Just was wondering if anyone else ever had this problem but from what I can find on the web it seems to be just me. I press the play butting and just get the (DONK sound effect) and nothing.
Nevermind, sorry to waste this forums time. I got it. I was holding the plying button, didn't realize all it needed was a quick press and there it was.
