I cannot open anything from my Plex server since I updated it the other day. I get a playback error “an error occurred loading items to play” when I try to open via my laptop and a similar error, “Playback Error An unexpected playback problem occurred”, when I try to open on my TV. My server is running on an Asustor NAS and has worked fine for a few years. I have made sure that both the app and the server are set to allow insecure connections but problem persists. Any suggestions?
