Adding New Show will not allow media to play

Plex will not play new tv shows added I can Play them out of the dir fine.
When you try to play the show it comes up with error, Play Back Error There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems. Followed Rules Reporting issues with Plex Media Server Here I am.
