I have two profiles in Plex, my own profile with a PIN and a kids profile with no PIN. When I open the kids profile on my LG C9 TV using the smart TV app, it works fine. When I try to use the profile with a PIN, I see the UI to enter the PIN and I am able to type it in. But then, I just see a spinner and the main Plex UI never loads. Is this a known issue? The media server is version 1.40.4.8840 running on a Synology DSM 7.
A workaround is to open the profile on my iPhone via the Plex app there (works fine) and then Airplay videos to the TV, but it’d be better if the TV app worked for this scenario.
