I can not play flac files on my android mobile and also via web app (remotely). I have already read through some topics but I don’t think this used to work.
Are there any solutions to this problem?

Does Flac music file play on the computer that has Plex server application installed?

If you can play the file locally but you cannot play the file remotely then maybe the issue is with the remote access. Check your remote access status. https://support.plex.tv/articles/200289506-remote-access/

If all of those things check out good, then maybe you have a FLAC 5.1 file? Plex doesn’t play FLAC 5.1 files at the moment.
Lastly what version of android do you have. Might have a version that doesn’t handle FLAC?

Thank you very much for your answer. I only had time to try it out again today.
I couldn’t play it on my own network either and it is a flac stereo file.
I deleted the DB at the end and created it again. Now it works. Some error in the DB, only this album (hopefully) could not be played. Now there is a lot of work ahead of me to get the DB back to what I want

increase the bandwidth allowed in the APP which I believe it’s set quite low and FLAC should play for you.
