Cannot Play Live TV From "Recommended" Page

In Plex for Windows, I can only choose to record shows that are in the “On Right Now” section of Live TV. If I highlight an entry, I only see a record option:

If I click through, it still only shows an option to record:

If I go to the Guide instead of the Recommended section, playback is available and works fine (MPEG2 even direct-played).

I’m guessing this isn’t the desired behavior? Roku offers an option to play instead of just recording.

Work properly on web.

Also confirmed: Works properly on PlexWeb for same server. Big play button in the middle, little record button at the bottom.
