I would try this

Make sure when you sign in you’re using
http://127.0.0.1.32400/web

OR

http://[server ip address]:32400/web
For example, if your machine ip is 192.168.1.5 enter http://192.168.1.5:32400/web

It’s not a bad idea to do this with an incognito window
