Cannot reclaim server

I run plex in a docker container. I provide the PLEX_CLAIM environment variable. This has worked fine until I restarted the container yesterday. now I’m disconnected again. I have tried removing the appropriate values in Prefererences.xml. I have tried plext.tv/claim and used a new claim. I have confirmed my container can resolve and access plex.tv. I have tried restoring my database (which never seems to work for me regardless of the method I use - sqlite restore or native plex restore). I ended up deleting the server record from my device list in hopes that would help - all it did was remove access for my users.

What else should I try, please?
