Cannot reorder LiveTV on sidebar

This is on an older model FireTV (2nd gen, circa -2015), but it still works fine. The LiveTV entry on the sidebar will not respond to any button presses when I try to reorder it. I’ve tried unpinning and re-pinning it, and I can easily reorder other entries on the sidebar. The only thing that will respond is hitting the BACK button on the remote to cancel the reorder.
