Cannot restore Window after minimized

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Cannot restore window of plex player to normal after minimized. The player starts, but visible only for fraction of a second at the left side of the screen.
I have uninstall and reinstall the player.

Stop Plex Desktop
Navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex.
Edit plex.ini.
Delete the UI section and save.
Start Plex Desktop

Plex Desktop should now appear in the middle of the default display.
