Cannot scan HD Channels with WinTV QuadHD [SOLVED]

Server Version#: 1.23.0.4497 (Tested stable latest first)
Player Version#:
Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge WinTV QuadHD
Guide/Lineup name: Sonera Cable
Using XMLTV?: Tried after failures without it, no change
Channel number/Name: All free DVB-C HD channels (11, 15, 17 , 21, 22, 23 . . . 34, 35, 36 )

I have access to frequencies and modulation information, alongside other data that would be used for tuning the different channels that are missing, but plex sadly still does not allow us to manually set scanning parameters…

Funny story is, my Hauppauge SoloHD and Hauppauge DualHD were both able to get the above mentioned HD channels scanned, but I returned them, thinking there’s no way the QuadHD somehow doesn’t play ball with Plex…

I had enough issues with the EPG during my time with the SoloHD that I decided to program and dockerize my own XMLTV data gatherer, which works just fine for all the channels that I am able to scan, but XMLTV data sadly does nothing for the scanning problem, for which there is seemingly no way for me to fix it myself…

For others facing similar issues:

Windows:
\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Tuner\Shared\scanners\dvbc\transponders

Linux:
./usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Tuner/Shared/scanners/dvbc/transponders

Find the transponder file for your provider, and then find the QAM and channel frequencies from your operator - and just fix it. This fixed it for me, from 14 channels to 160 channels, including all my HD channels.
