I have just started using the Plex app for my LG smart tv which I have to say is really nice. However I cannot seem to scroll accross to the right with my controller. Am I doing something wrong?

Same issue here. They need to add support for the scroll wheel, IMO.
I hope you have found that the ring around the select wheel can be used to navigate fully (left/right/up/down).
Plex please add scroll wheel support on the hubs to scroll left/right when the section is currently highlighted.
Firstly, the scroll wheel is supported and works… Please post your model TV and app version on the LG it may help to identify your issue. App version will be listed in Approved devices in your Plex server settings.

In my testing the scroll doesn’t do anything in the LG Plex App. I don’t see any update right now. The cursor does work in that I can use it to select things.
That is strange as it’s the same TV I have and it works. I would be tempted to try turning the TV off at power plug not your remote for a couple minutes. Failing that Delete the app from the LG and authorised Devices in Server settings and again turn off from the power plug. Install again and see how you go.
One simple question: Have you tried changing the batteries in the remote?
Batteries should be perfectly good, TV is brand new as of a few weeks.
It’s very strange. Scroll works fine in all other apps, home screen…etc…I can also see the scrolling animated icon while in Plex, when it isn’t actually scrolling the Plex screen. I just now found that scrolling works on the user select screen of Plex but, not in the main interface.
@SE56 do you use managed users?
Unfortunately I am unwilling to remove my managed users to test if that is the issue. I’m thinking perhaps it is a workflow that was not tested during development as I know the cursor wasn’t working until I updated the app a few days ago.
