Cannot see movie folder on Synology 916+

Hello,

I have recently install plex media server on my Synology 916+, but when I try to setup my movie library I cannot see it. The path should be /Volume1/Media/Movies but I can only get to the second level and not see anything beyond that.

I am assuming that it most likely need to do with some perm. Any one have any thoughts on the best way to troubleshoot this?
