When I go to the Collections tab under Music, the Collections tab looks identical to the Library tab. I used to see my collections here and I could click on a collection and do stuff with it. Thanks for reading.
Clear the cookies of plex.tv from your browser.

I tried all and none were successful. To add to it, I opened up Plex in Chrome and Edge and both has the same issue. However, using my Firestick, Collections appear as expected.
Disable the âSettings Syncâ across browsers. Then reset the customizations once again.

Thank you for your replies. Unfortunately, I did as suggested and the issue persists on both web browsers.
Sorry, I just got word that this is not the right thing to reset.
Please take a look under
Settings - Plex Web - âShow Advancedâ - Debug
and use âRestore Defaultsâ (you might need to scroll down)
