cannot use collections tab as its completely broken for me it works for music and shows but not movies on plex web
I’m not able to reproduce. Working fine for me on Chrome on a Windows PC.
Can you open the browser developer console and try again? Do you get any errors when clicking on the collections tab?
@Menacer95 I know you said all browsers but curious which exactly you have used. and if there is any difference if you use https://app.plex.tv rather than the local bundled one
Also wondering if restoring player defaults might fix it.

I had the exact same issue, both using direct access and via app.plex.tv, and can confirm that using Restore Defaults resolved my issue. Thanks for the tip!
sorry i didnt see this i used both google and edge at the time even the plex desktop app its fixed now
