I created a new library to better disperse some content a few hours ago. I was hoping to share this library with several other users that I’ve shared most of my libraries with. However, the new library will not populate the “Library Access” list. Is this just a matter of I need to wait longer, an issue of how many libraries I have, or a limit to how many can be shared? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you have shared your library already you need to go into the user and change their access not trying to edit it at the library level, but rather user level.
Thank you for the quick reply. Just checked again this morning and it is now an option in the “Manage Library Access” section under each user. Guess I just needed to wait longer than I remember having to in the past.
I came here with the same exact issue, I’ve logged out and back in refreshed page so i guess i just need to wait awhile as you mentioned just wish i knew what i was waiting on so i could trigger it to happen sooner.

Odd thing is I shared a Movies library 5 minutes earlier and that’s shareable. The TV Shows library still not available for share 2 hours later.
Try to
- use the local web app instead of the hosted web app
- stop and restart Plex server
