In my photo folder (scanned for my Plex photo library) I have a bunch of folders names as follows:
- Birthday - 2016
- Trip - 2017
- Holidays - 2017
… - XXX - XXX
I’d rather use the photo (albums) view than the timeline view.
In the folder view, if I sort by album name, the sorting is as described above; that’s fine. The things is that I’d like the most recent albums first, to have:
0154. XXX - XXX
…
0003. Holidays - 2017
0002. Trip - 2017
- Birthday - 2016
If I change the sorting order between ascending or descending, nothing changed. An alternative would have been to sort albums by the most recent first, but the order doesn’t change neither. And if it would work, this is not really what I would like as I can recent photos in “old” albums, for instance one related to all photos of a person during 2016-207.
Do you know if this is bug inherent to Plex or am I doing something wrong?
(I have close to 400 albums but I’ve tried, and the problem is the same with only 3 albums)
