Reported this previously in this now-locked thread several months ago. It seemed to be resolved for awhile back in May but has been an issue again for the past several beta versions of the Plex player on my stock Nvidia Shield with all available updates. (Sorry – posting remotely and don’t have access to exact version numbers right now.) It’s exactly the same symptoms and error message as in the previous thread linked above. Very frustrating. As always, the same videos play without issue on my Rokus.
