Cannot stop transcode

I cannot stop PLEX from transcoding when playing on Plex for Windows on my Windows 10 desktop. It direct plays fine on my Roku’s and iOS devices. The server is hosted on the same desktop and the audio/video is supported in their original formats. It looks like it is considering my client remote and I cannot seem to effect it. I have added the IP to the " LAN Networks" in settings. Any ideas?

Another odd thing is that I do not have 2 Mbps set anywhere. My remote quality is set to 3 Mbps (720p)
