Cannot tune or record TV after update to latest level

Things were working fairly reliably until the latest update. You also said to update the guide and to do that I had to remove the TV tuner. I did that and reengaged the TV tuner (2 of 'em on the Hauppauge) and selected all the proper channels.

The activity button shows when a recording is going on but when I go look in the .grab folder it shows a folder with no content.

I can’t tune to watch live TV either.

Can I roll back to a previous level? If so, how do I get the old level back?

Do you know which version update of Plex Media Server this issue started with ?
Are you able to go back to the version that was working and provide me set of logs of it working from that version and also using latest version 1.21.2.3943-a91458577 and getting logs of it failing for same channel test as the one that worked in the other version ?

And is this for dvb-c or dvb-t ?
