Hello,
Since I upgraded to 1.29.2.6364, my recordings no longer work. In fact, every time I have upgraded beyond 1.19.5.3112, this happens. In the past, if I downgrade back to 1.19.5.3112, it all works fine again. But this time, after upgrading to 1.29.2.6364, and then downgrading to 1.19.5.3112, my Live TV Guide is empty, and all my scheduled recordings have disappeared from my DVR Schedule. So I then upgraded back to 1.29.2.6364, and my Guide was back, as well as all my scheduled recordings. But, nothing records. I see in the log: Recorder: Error 16 (Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.)
It seems I’m stuck. My old fail-safe of downgrading back to 1.19.5.3112 no longer works. Help!
Same here - I have also been having a problem with “no upcoming airings” - so today - I tried to live record and got the same message as you. I’m running 1.29.1.6316 on my DS218+ NAS - windows browser client.
If you have a Hauppauge tuner then you have to pay attentions to the Plex Tuner Service .Hmm double edge sword, the current beta 1.30.0.6406 has a possible fix but then other things may not work.

I have an HDHomerun Connect 4K - its odd - seems like I only have issues with shows that I had been recording for a while. Even if I delete the DVR recording of that show, and re-add it still shows no upcoming airings. Interesting thing is the show is in the schedule for tonight. Could it be something cached that needs cleaned out?
Documentation needs to be updated but the oldest version you can run and still get a working EPG would be1.21.0.3711 and though I can’t find the reference you may not be able to run anything older than 1.23/1.24.
@jonmcwilliams - How did you delete the files? If you did it through Plex then it will always delete them even if you force it to record. It will also not want to re-record the episode. Look in the Plex Media Server.log to be sure there are no malformed or corruption in the database messages. It is possible that the epg files are messed up, you can stop Plex and remove all database files that start with tv.plex.providers.epg.cloud* then start plex and refresh the guide. There were a few of the 1.28 and 1.29 versions where the EPG update process would crash leaving an incomplete guide.
@pl_5309 Thank you for your reply. I went ahead and tried 1.30.0.6406, and it seems to be working! A couple of manual recordings worked, and it looks like a scheduled recording is working right now - normally these would immediately error out. Praying this continues to work. I appreciate your help!
