Can't access libraries, duplicate server names after crash

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3766
Player Version#: 4.43.4 & all

I was rearranging some computer equipment and mistakenly unplugged QNAP NAS. When it came back up, I got some setuo questions and then all my libraries had exclamation marks next to them.

If I click on any of them, I get

Oddly enough, under settings, I see this:

I don’t know how I was able to get it, but at the same server address, I also see this:

So it looks like I have two servers with the same name. I’m guessing the new one is preventing me from accessing the old one? If I delete the one without my libraries, will the other one become available again? And how do I make sure I’m deleting the right one? And how do I delete it?

I have a lifetime Plex account and if I try to log out and back in, I see thism, which I’ve never seen before.

Libraries not accessible from phone, Smart TVs, Fire TVs, all of which worked yesterday (and past 5+ years). I installed lasted update, restarted Plex, restarted NAS, that’s the limit of my troubleshooting knowledge.

Thanks for any and all help.

I logged into both and my libraries showed up in both, inaccessible. I deleted the server with the red x and rebooted the NAS, Several hours later, the libraries were accessible again. Phew!
