help I lost access to Plex after I upgraded to Plex pass. I’ve tried to delete and restart a new server but I don’t see it in plex.tv to add directories. I’ve very new to this.
Looking Plex.tv, you have two Shield servers with the same name
One from about an hour ago (as I write this)
and the other from about two hours ago.
I’ll delete the one you don’t want so you can then use the browser in incognito mode to get back into the claiming page (new incognito browser window doesn’t carry your existing server info forward)
so I deleted one server and went into incognito mode and it’s still unavailable.
all set. just had to dial into the server “IP”:32400 and it connected. I think I was i typing it in wrong
