the server sometimes becomes unreachable I feel like I’m losing remote access. This issue started about 3 weeks to a month ago. would having the plex team refresh my certificates help fix the issue? any help would be great.

I reset it just to be safe.

hi so I keep getting an error message now saying that an error occurred while attempting to playback the video. remote access says its not available but my girlfriend is able to stream fine off her iphone not on the same network. plex does not work on my nvidia shield and my s21 ultra but i am able to playback off the webpage on my pc.
i reboot my server and it worked for a little while but then it had issues playing back videos with subtitles and now it doesn’t even show up in my plex on my phone or my shield but it still does show up in the webpage on my pc and i am able to play back on it. remote access still shows a check mark.
so my plex server was discoverable yesterday and worked fine but today I went to go and stream something and it doesn’t show up at all. ive stopped the service in synology and ran it but it still doesnt show up
