[SOLVED] Can't access server from any other device

Hello,

Before I start, I am still very new to all of this, so please keep any explanations as simple as possible.

I am unable to access Plex through the app on any other devices, only via the web browser on the server. The devices are saying the server is “offline”, when it clearly isn’t.

I have had it working in the past, but no longer appears to work with my new modem.

Additionally, I am having some sort of issue with remote access:

Solved:

Changed port manually to 32401 and set up port forwarding, all seems to be working now.
