Some Plex Apps Can't connect to Plex Server

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1913
Player Version#: 4.9.0

Hi,
I have a Plex Media Server installed on a Windows PC and various Plex Apps installed in different devices (apple devices, samsung devices, LG WebOS TVs and Playstation 4.
Plex Web and Plex Player works fine on the PC.

If I disable the remote access, no one device can connect to the server. If I enable the remote access, only the apple devices (iPhone an iPad) can connect. Neither LG TVs and Playstation4 could connect to the Plex Server (saying that the server is unreachable).

In this situation, remote access shows:

Not available outside your network

Private 192.168.1.21 : 32400 <-- Public 190.55.215.202 : 11891 X Internet

All devices are in the the same network (same subnet mask). All apps are up to date and the security mode is “Preferred”.

Network Configuration:
IPv6: Disabled
GDM: Enabled
Rest of the fields remains without any change.

DNLA Configuration:
DNLA: Enabled
Rest of the fields remains without any change.

This starts to happen after some recent server update (It was working for all devices). Reading some articles, I found a way to query the resources on the plex.tv servers. The result is the following:

What I found strange, is the difference with the apple devices (that actually works).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
