Unable to connect

Server Version#: 1.15.3.858
Player Version#:

I’ve been using Plex for several years with no issues. I recently upgraded my internet service from 300mps to 1gps, which required me to get a new modem and router from my ISP. I’ve had no problems connecting to my server from other devices on my network until today when I updated Plex the server version on my windows 10 PC. Now the only thing my phone or any other device will see is the Nvidia Shield server that I have in my room, which has nothing on it. I won’t show my actual server that is running from my PC, I also had plex port forwarded on my old linksys router, and I went in to my new Sagemcom FAST 5280 router to set it up as well. However when I go to the Plex web client on my PC to verify the remote access is working, it turns green and then immediately turns red. I have read the remote access documents on here, and nothing has fixed the problem.

In short, I cannot access my server from other devices connected to my network, and I cannot get port forwarding to work. Can anyone help please?

Not to sure about your network issue but you might check your modem form your isp. I have Comcast and the modem that is provided has a router built in and so the 2 routers kinda get all twisted up on who is in charge. Might check that, if it does put your modem into bridge mode so it acts as a modem only. Also make sure you nvidia shield’s ip address is the same as the ip for the ports you forwarded.
