Can't access server from WIn10

I don’t know if this is Plex related or not. File sharing, or at least network discovery have stopped working on my windows 10 Plex server. I used to be able to edit on my main PC then select the media PC from file explorer to copy them to the PLEX video folder. The PC no longer is available in file explorer. Was there an update to PLEX, or some setting/incompatibility that would block windows file explorer from working?

I know it is probably a windows problem. I looked through everything I could find for windows 10 file sharing issues. All my network settings seem to be the same as the other PCs that do show up on the network. All are in the same workgroup. I’m at a loss, and was hoping someone here had seen this issue.

Check your network connection in Windows.
Some Windows upgrades or also a change of router can trigger Windows into re-classifiying it as “public”.
You need it to be “private”, in order to access network file shares…
