All files unavailable after update

I just updated Plex on my windows 10 machine, and now all of my files are unavailable. My storage is still mapped correctly and I can access it through the file explorer. I double checked Plex library folder settings and everything still matches. Permissions and firewall are also still set correctly. I’ve also rebooted both devices multiple times.

Any advice on what to check? Everything was working flawless prior to this update.

Verify that Plex Server was not accidentally started under a different Windows user account. e.g. the Administrator account or possibly any other that might have been created on the Windows machine.
Stop the server using the task tray icon, wait a few seconds, then start it again.

If you are trying to start the server as a Windows system service, the loss of drive letters for network file shares is to be expected. Use UNC paths instead, in this case.

Thanks. I’ve tried that. All of that appears normal. Plex still cannot find any of my media though.

What exactly is on the screen when it “cannot find any of my media”?
