v 4.137.1 of Plex server (I’ve had it deployed for over 12 years on multiple boxes) I created a new user today (#13) of a granddaughter and can’t seem to add a jpg to her ID. I am remote but I use a number of programs to securely remote into my box when I’m out of town. Any ideas? I tried another user, too, who’s been on there for months, and that didn’t hold either after saving. No clue. Great system, btw. Thanks!

After a lot of trial and error, I was able to get one to “keep” but that method wasn’t working for others. I have no idea how to bring this to someone’s attention that can actually do something about it either.
Thanks for the reply, Tim. I tried different picture sizes, too, but to no avail. Hopefully, we can attract some attention to the staff, once the holiday weekend is over. I figure it’s a glitch in one of the recent updates, but I rarely change pix of managed users.
