I upgraded to Plex Version 4.98.2 Ican no longer find where to add a normal user. Also I cannot add a guest user. I used to be able to click on my account icon and choose users, but the choice is no longer listed. Can someone please helpme.

Use Manage Library Access . It’s been this was for a while now. Did you update from a pretty old server version?

It’s probably the fact that I haven’t added a user in a long time. I did find it, thank you very much. Maybe you can answer me another couple questions? How do I change the picture on the users icon? Another thing is there a way to have a picture or message come up for the user when they sign in? That is something Ive wanted to do for a while now. A broadcast message would be nice to do also so I can send a message to any online users in the case I need to reboot server,

You can only change the image for one of your Managed accounts in your Plex Home, not a another regular user’s account of their own.
for managed accounts go to Plex Home settings, click on the user then under the profile tab you can change the managed accounts image.

I can only say afaik that is being considered but I can’t make any promises about when it might be implemented.
