Cant add new Samsung Smart TV via link

I purchased 2 new Samsung Smart Q series TV’s - added 1 to my Plex lifetime Pass account but the 2nd one will not link.
Specifically, when I add the Plex App and get the 4 digit code and log in via a different device iPad or PC I never see the link screen … enter code that I should.

There is no manual add device that I can see - so how can I get Plex to operate on my 2nd TV?

I’m using the latest December 19 server version.
