Can't Change Back to Default Server after Windows Factory Reset

I am having issues connecting to my original Plex Server post laptop factory reset. The old server was claimed correctly, however the Plex/Plex Media Server installation hasn’t prompted me to make my old server the default - Instead insisting on claiming a new server.

I have tried uninstalling both Plex/Plex Media Server and following the advice on -

Could I request assistance on how to make my old server the default again?

So where was this “old server” installed?
Was it on the resetted Windows Computer?
Then I’m afraid your old server is no more.
