Can't change email because accidentally created a new account on it

I had linked my gmail (gmail-A) to use as a login but want to change that to a different gmail (gmail-B). I mistakenly created a new plex account with gmail-B so when I try to change the email to gmail-B I get the feedback “Email has already been taken”.

Deleting the gmail-B account means I “will not be able to use the same username or email address for a month.”

Is it possible to delete the gmail-B account and then change my email to gmail-B before that one month?
