Folks,
I have a long-standing account, with plex pass, by “wilbur4321” and an @outlook.com email that I don’t use much anymore. I managed to accidentally create another account with the email @gmail.com. I want my main account, ie “wilbur4321,” to have my gmail address, so I can automatically sign in via Google or Facebook. I deleted the additional account, but I cannot change the main account to that address, as I am getting the error “EMAIL ADDRESS — EMAIL HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN”.
What shall I do?

I’ve removed the deleted email address. Try now.
Also, note. If your Plex account does not have a @gmail.com email, you can still link your gmail account to it. Log into your regular account on Plex Web. Go to your accounts page, there is a section to link it to Google or Facebook. Enter the email address for the Google/Facebook account you want.
