Can't change the Bitrate in the Web App

Server Version#: 1.15.4.919
Player Version#: webapp build in the Package

i Can’t change the Bitrate of the Movies.
in The Webapp i can only use Max. and Auto. But Auto is useless in Plex.
so if i click in ‘manualy’ nothing happens

Edit: i see with other Movies, it is working. But Why? Its a normal h.264 file…
and it doesn’t working on Android and MS Edge too. So it’s a server side problem?

Looks like fix is to re-analyze the library.
