Well this issue I am having since i did the latest update is now the plex app on the TV wont find the server from my PC. The reason that is is because it says I need to claim the server. Well I try to click the gray button to claim and it loads for a second or two and does nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all the files in local app data, deleting the plex tv folder in the registry and I have tried after all that to reinstall. I get to the first screen where it says to name the folder and I name it press next and then it gives me a red box error screen that says error there is an error claiming this server. So I am lost. If anyone can help I would be greatful. ty

Awesome cool ty for keeping me up to date on this fix. I greatly appreciate it I have claimed the server, took a little bit to go thru but it worked :). Now I had to add my movie and tv shows folders again but that is all good plex is loading them up now :). Now those folders do still look grey with a warning symbol by them showing they can’t be found. So I will keep you posted on that if you would like me to
Alright just checked real quick and the folders are full white and they are working. Ty again for the info on this fix :).
