Claiming server leads to blank page

im unable to claim my server. i click to claim it and it just goes to a gray page and nothing happens. i have looked everywhere for an answer but nothing. it was working up to a few months ago then stopped working. didnt have time to really look into it so used emby for time being. but much prefer plex.

so i use my tv to watch shows through plex and my windows 10 has my server. i have linked the tv to the server/plex and can see that on the server page. but when i press claim server it opens up another page but then its blank no login or anything.

hoping its just a quick fix. i have uninstalled plex server and app many times but always getting same result
