Can't claim the server

Hello

I had some trouble with my plex server, I cannot claim it, I got this error

" There was a problem signing in to Plex."

I already tried to remove the plexmediaserver package and reinstall it but as soon as I try to claim the server I got the same error.

My server was working before, but since the last reboot my server was unreachable and now impossible to claim.

The server is using its own public IP.

Debian 10 LXC on proxmox.

If any one can help me.

ps: when I claim the server, its ended showing the “Authorized Devices” page but I cant reach it … I have to remove it from “Authorized Devices” to then claim it again. Who still not work…

I still need help! The server is showed as authorized devices but not available and I can’t claim it again.

I tried many times to remove the package and reinstall to claim it again but its still the same issue.

After claiming it It won’t works even in local (localhost:32400/web/)

Any one can help me please ?

I know it’s a late reply and you’ve presumably resolved this but others may benefit. I saw this issue after resetting my account password and signing everything out in yet another unsuccessful attempt to fix remote access. No amount of signing in and out helped, nor a reinstall.

The resolution was to delete the cache in my browser.
