I tried to configure plex in wd ex2 ultra but keep getting this couldn’t reach page , called wd support and used an app called putty and tried to reinstall it but got same issue ,then they said issue is in port 32400 so i tried to call vodafone the Internet provider to open port and i followed the steps they told me but also couldn’t configure plex , can someone help please?
Also i tried to check port on portchecker website but it still showing that its closed so i called vodafone again and they said it should be open .
Is this about enabling remote accessibility for Plex or setting up Plex in the first place.
While it seems you’ve been doing all kinds of stuff it’s not super clear to me what exactly isn’t working for you… the combination of steps you took so far make this even more of a mystery to me…
