Can't connect locally to server even with dns rebinding disabled

I’m having an issue where I cannot access my server locally. The only way to do it is by enabling remote access, then disabling it. Even then, my players default to remote quality on android. I’ve confirmed dns rebinding is disabled in my router and that my dns servers are set to cloudfares 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. Logs are attached. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Plex Media Server Logs_2021-02-21_08-45-50.zip (254.6 KB)

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3830
Player Version#: Android 8.13.1.23036

Do you have IPv6 enabled in the server settings? Make sure it’s disabled.

I would also be tempted to Flush your DNS cache

Yes IPv6 is enabled by default. I can try to disable it. And also flush dns cache. Will report back!

No dice, flushed dns and started with a fresh local plex server (not checking box that allows for access outside home). I disabled IPv6 and still cannot find server locally. And if I even refresh the plex server settings page (on the same computer as the server) after initial setup, I lose access to the settings as the server disappears.

These are my dns settings on the WAN page of my router

I have just noticed your server version is a bit behind. There has been some security updates of recent.

I’m actually using the latest, I assumed the forum grabbed the correct one. Never assume lol. Version is: 1.21.4.4054

Had an invalid RFC 1918 private address configured in my router. Everything is working perfectly now.
