Can't connect to Media Server (Currently Unavailable) on Samsung Crystal UHD 2020 tv

Hello
My Samsung UHD 2020 tv cannot connect to the media server at all, stating "currently unavailable.

The server works fine on the ps4 that is hooked on the same tv. The ps4 is running through an Ethernet and the tv is wireless.

i have same problem, it works fine on phones, my sons remote TV, just not the Samsung 8000 series 2020 Smart, displays the folder though. May have to connect through the game game console until there are updates for software for Plex TV 2020

I am also getting this now! This seems like a new problem.

Samsung player update as well. You need to leave early access.

Top left click your account > Leave Early Access > Something is broken (Come here and moan) > Reloads Plex

this fixed it for myself, found this fix on another post, thanks to MarkH

using 2 samsung UHD TVs. 50 connects and plays, but 43 wont even launch the app. both are 5.1.3 versions.
