Plex on Samsung TV doesn't connect to Media Server

Hello All,
My friend bought a new Samsung tv and installed the Plex app, after she sign in she goes to connect to my Media Server but shows the message “Videos is Currently Unavailable” .
She can connect via browser and via mobile app, other friends and families members can connect from their TV normal.
I disabled the firewall on router, fixed the IP on TV, but nothing working .
Anyone could help please ?
