Hi everyone, I’ve been having this issue lately, where 100% of the time, I can’t connect to my plex library on any device on my network. I tried reinstalling Plex a couple of times and double-checking if secure connections were allowed on every device, but the problem persists.
I never had this issue before. I’m not a very technical person, so I have attached the logs, I hope it makes sense to some of you, and I’m sorry to bother you lovely people with this stuff. Thank you for your kind help!
From the logs it appears that you have both an Ethernet/wired network connection and a wifi network connection enabled on your Plex server, and both are on the same subnet.
Plex is switching back and forth on which is primary. If it is an option to always have your Plex server use a wired ethernet connection, then would you please turn off your wifi connection?
Unless it is intentional and properly configured, having two network connections to the same subnet will often create issues. I can’t determine absolutely if this is causing your problem, but it is the first step to address.
Thank you so much for your suggestion. However, I tried what you recommended, and it didn’t do the trick. :\ I’ve managed to get a secure connection by fixing the DNS rebinding on my modem. I can only manage to connect to Plex from my computer though, none of my devices seem to be able to find my Plex server. Do I have any possible last resorts? Any way to contact the Plex support? These are my latest logs, thanks again for your kind help
