Cant connect to web app.

My home network is fine but the web app says cant connect to server , any ideas? It was fine yesterday.

yea man…i thought it was the update,but mine just went down also

Anybody else? I have an off network roku that uses my account and it was down also but now I can connect insecurely. Still cant connect to web app either. Admin any ideas?

On your local network using plex web use the local address to connect
eg: http://192.168.0.201:32400/web/index.html#

Use the proper IP Addr for the box running PMS.

Worked for me.

There is definitely something going on on the back end with regard to the SSL certs that Plex is using. Almost half my remote users can not connect to my server any more using secure connections. I really hope Plex is looking into this and fixes it soon.

Any updates on this? Now Im losing connection on my on network roku. If I choose my server it comes back but this seems to be degrading.
