I have 1.37 I can stream "funny or die" and PBS thats it. What do I need to do to see stuff on netflixs or amazon or Youtube etc..
Do I have to get special plugins ? I have accounts on all of these services.
Is the rasplex self contained or do I have to do something on a different server? IM new but I havent found any instructions on how to get past this problems
When I try any of this stuff I get blank screens or a perpetual "PLease wait messages"
Frankly video plugins on plex are hit and miss when it comes to playback on all the different clients. They are written by community members, not Plex Inc, and often only work on only Mac or Windows. In my experience Plex is awesome at streaming your own media collection, less so at plugin support. If you have anything else at your TV (video game machine, roku or apple tv, tivo, smart tv, etc) that will play Netflix and Amazon, I’d recommend you stick with that. You’ll be happier.
