I’m not sur e if this has been discussed before, please accept my apologies if it has.
I’ve just upgraded to the full version of plex in order to take advantage of downloading my media for offline viewing on my phone ( Galaxy A51 Android version 12 )
However, when I try to download media, I get the error “There was an error downloading this file” with no explanation of what the issue might be. Could it be a problem with my Synology NAS, or with my version of plex, or even the fact that plex can’t download onto Android phones?
Is there a setting I’m missing? if so, could I have instructions on how to enable this feature?
