Unable to download media to Plex Android

Help required please.

I have just purchased a plex pass. I am unable to download media from my server to my android device (over my home wifi) for offline listening. I receive an error message “Some items could not be downloaded Tap to Retry”. I get the same issue with audio and video. Using my ipad, the same files are downloaded fine., so I assume it is an Android issue.

Seems to work ok with plexamp, so i’m not going to lose any sleep over it.
