I’m using Plex with the latest trial version for the first time. I want to download music to use off-line. However, I can’t locate the button to do so. Where is the download icon?
What do you mean “trial version” and what mobile app are you trying sync music with?
To clarify, I was on a trail version that came with my QNAP NAS, but have since purchased a Lifetime Plex Pass + TIDAL HiFi, both are registered in my Plex account. I use an iPhone 8 with 250Gb storage and a 1Tb SSD Macbook Pro.
I cannot work out how to download to play files off-line. Can you help? Is there a video that clearly shows how to do this? I have only seen videos that talk about off-line mode but do not display it.
As far as I know you cannot sync Tidal to your phone, as stated in this post by @randhawk:

You can sync your own music that is loaded into Plex onto your phone.
